It leaves some holes though. Was she supposed to get the crown but Triton succeeded her, or was it because she was female? Was she just jealous that males got the crown and wanted it for her, but then got defeated? Was the entire film just an attack on feminism, where females want the same opportunity as males? I don't know?

@Linny: The way I understand it from the deleted scenes is that she was banished by Triton for trying to usurp the throne, though no mention was made as to whether she wasn't ruler because of gender. smile

@Stir: Exhausted still from working doubles and being baked for the last week, and still working tonight, but the temperatures have gone waaay down, which makes me happy, and we've gotten some rain, which we need. smile
