If I remember rightly, the appendix was useful before we evovled. As we continued to become more and more like we are now, the appendix became useless, like our tailbone, thus being called "vestigious."
Meaning, it's not there for a purpose. It just exists. Though, it sure hurts like hell if something happens to said vestigious bones, muscles, and organs. :3

Hey all, I need some help. My little sister just got a Wii, Mario Kart Wii, and Super Smash Brother Brawl. I'm trying to set it up so we can play online with it, but I've never set up a router to allow incoming connections from game consoles, and it's being tricky at the moment... During the "finding access points" process, it picks up our router with maximum signal strength (as it should, seeing as the router is about 12 feet from the console) but during the connection test right after, it says that it can't find the connection. Due to my family being stupid when it comes to computers, I don't have any protection on my wireless connection, because if I did I'd be the only one able to get online, so I know it's not WEP or WPA locking it out... Any suggestions on what may work?

Could always try resetting the router. I've never had that problem before. =/
Does it need ports to be unlocked?
