...Then again, the entire state of Kentucky scares me, so maybe I'm just easily frightened.

I like like 2-3 hours away from Detroit... and I've been there countless times to make deals and do work for people. That place scares the hell outta me, and I've walked around Buena Vista in Saginaw for a whole night making deals with people. Buena Vista is basically the Ghetto of Saginaw, and not a friendly place at any time...

I live in a "bad" neighbourhood, supposedly, but it's safer and quieter than most suburbs. xd Mostly it's "bad" because there is a lot of drug use (mostly pot and E), but no fights, no gangs, not even any B&Es, except into the convenience store.
There was a murder a few months ago, but the guys involved weren't even from the city. They were from Halifax, the last city I lived in. x3

Lots of fights, two main gangs (Latin Counts, which I used to be a part of, and the Latin Kings) then a bunch of other gangs (Molotov's, Los Vato Loco, etc) Occasionally you get a few B&Es... We've had like... 6 or 7 murders here this year alone... One of the people I knew pretty well. They broke into her house, and right infront of her 3 kids, 2-4 people started stabbing her to death, then after she was dead, just left. I don't think they cought the people yet. From Halifax? I thought Halifax was a pretty nice city, I didn't think it was bad like that...

Halifax has gotten pretty bad. There have been several murders in the last year or two, including a couple who abducted, tortured, and then killed a woman, and left her in a rug in their closet. =x Stabbings, some teenager got shot, swarmings by teenagers who are gang "wannabes".
I lived near one of the worst areas, which is actually in Darmouth, Highfield Park. =x Not uncommon to see a hooker get pummelled by a pimp.

She had been the type of person that'd be more than happy to help you, whether or not she knew you very well. She was just a genuinely nice person, and I don't see how anyone could have wanted to kill her, but they did, and they did it. @Tae - It's gotten THAT bad? When I was there I must've just been there on a good day, or in a good neighborhood because it looked like a really nice city. Lawl. according to my yearly horoscope, I should try dating online because any other means won't work to find a suitable partner... Hahahaha

And it's clearly a coincidence. They developed their own song that sounds identical. =) Purely coincidental.
Also, Aretoo. Your letter is really hard to read. I ended up doodling in the margins and it's kind of messy. Sorry in advance. gonk It kind of resembles one of my notebooks from school, now.

Pancake: Yeah, it's pretty bad. They keep the tourists away from the bad parts of town, but it's sort of spreading. A couple of 14 year-olds beat an old lady with a table leg on the Halifax Commons. o_O Broad daylight.

I agree he deserved something bad for raping the girl, but it's not up to us to dole out "justice". =s That's just me, though. I don't know how I'd react if I ever found out some guy raped one of my friends.
