Yes, I am aware of the password recovery, but I can't log in to my Comcast email to recover my account because there is no more Comcast and my family no longer subscribes to Time Warner anyway.
I also made the mistake of using the '[', ']' and '' keys in my password which are no longer accepted, I suppose. So, I can't log in and change my email/password.
Oh, well. It was time for a change I suppose. Now it's like playing a favorite video game all over again from scratch! =D
