If you can find the model number, you can search it
HERE and should be able to find the drivers needed. The Model Number obviously isn't the GS2 you read out to me, and even when I searched that I got no results, but if you can find the model number, you you should be able to find the proper downloads. Usually, the model number is on the bottom of the laptop on a little sticker or something. The downloads on the page that I sent you ARE NOT the drivers you need, or at least, they may not be. They're just popular downloads. Basically, unless you're 100% sure that something is the right driver, don't download and install it. Anyway, I hope this helped, and I hope you two can get it fixed soon.
If you need anymore help, feel free to PM. I'm signing out now to fap and then go to bed. If it says I'm still signed on, that's wrong, and hasn't changed to offline because the browser will still be open while I surf pr0n sites for new and interesting things.
