Well it's not that I've had any problems with Vista...I just...don't like it as much as I did XP.

This was more of a personal preference thing.

"Sore wa kechappu desu ka?"

Well I've never used Vista, only because I don't have a computer with it. And I'm quite happy with XP. Maybe when I get a new computer I'll get Vista.

Rica: It ain't too bad if you have a decent system. Just use a different defrag program and you're good lol.

Hi, Pandy.

Brunswick : Yeah, Vista's been doing quite well I must admit. Although my friend said he tried to install it on his girlfriend's laptop which didn't have the most amazing of specs and he just said screw it after a few hours of waiting for it to install lol.

Oh, interesting comparison.
Here's to hoping it isn't rushed then lol.
You think it'll get pushed back ?

Sadly my computer isn't running to those specs. =( I had some hardware issues when I went x64. I'm pretty sure those issues have been resolved by now but I'm going to upgrade my hardware instead I've been meaning to do so anyways.
It runs pretty damn good with what I have though. Is it really that much sweeter ? -contemplates on doing some shopping- Hmm...

Cheers to hoping MS creates another XP-like OS. I personally don't think so, Steve Balmer stated that there are over 1000 people involved in 7. But you never know...

x64 is great only if you have 4GB of RAM or over. Other than that, it's pretty useless. It runs more smoother than x86 I think though.

-huggles Pandy- ^_^

Rica: I umm.. -googles- I believe Auslogics Disk Defrag is the one I use. Although you shouldn't really need to defrag that often.

Brunswick: Cheers. Oh really ? Yeah, that's true you can never be too sure. I hope that if it's between delay or rush job that it's delay though.

I have 4GB of RAM I just don't have x64 installed...Okay then I'll go shopping as soon as I get my bills in order then.

I heard x64 isn't compatible with much, though.

At least one item is missing from my inventory. o_O

64 bit processor.

Iecur: Well...your fine with what you have. When your ready to take the step to 8GB RAM, invest in x64 then.

I haven't had a problem running x86 programs so far.

Brunswick: Not really. I only have "2.8GB" of RAM. neutral
I will probably go to x64 by like November or something.

Same thing about the programs as Brunswick no problems so far.
