Vuze (it used to be called Azereus) is a tool that lets you download things, yes. It's similar to things like limewire. The more seeds (sources) there are, the faster you can get your song/album/whatever.

Vuze is a great client. Much better for acquiring files than all those p2p clients...

I don't really use it anymore because I hate being just a leech. =( My computer just stopped functioning if I used Vuze for any length of time, so my ratio never got anywhere near 1:1.

Mininova is a good torrent site to start at, Lobo. =3 See if they have what you're looking for, and then get Vuze.
Because it's just a very useless machine. You get what you pay for. razz I can't run games (aside from like, those free games that come in cereal boxes), and can't run many applications at once. It just seizes up. x3

They have everything, and they'll never give your IP address. That's the site I use if I can.
personally, i use torrentz.com to find the file, then use whichever site is up on the list that I trust to download it.
