I made the one year mark, which means I'm free to use again (I said I'd go clean for a year to see how tolerable it was for me. I HATED IT) BUT, I'm not going to, I don't think. I'll stick with being clean another year, unless things get really bad and I need a small boost in spirits, in which case I'll do something small and then try not to do it again.

What are you all doing today? For me, I'm just lounging until tonight, then I'm going out to have a drink with a friend or two at their house. Quiet birthday is the way to go for this year.
