@Arc: Wish I could say that!! Unfortunately I hadn't heard of them until the movies began the hype.
@Sanzo: *winces* Personally, I'm not fond of the Eragon books. They're okay as light entertainment, but I didn't think they were that great, honestly. *prepares to be stoned*

eh, I tend to like the books over the movies any day...so much more detail than what can go into a movie, what with time constraints and budgets and all that.

@Silver: Video games are great! biggrin FF, KH, Zelda, and Okami are some of my favorites. biggrin
@Arc: I agree- while movies are wonderful, there's just so much they can't convey on the screen that the words can. So much more detail in books!

@Silver: Yeah, I do tend to be in the minority it seems where Eragon is concerned. But, meh, it's ok, I don't mind. I did enjoy Murtagh for some reason though. He was like, the saving grace of that book for me.
FotR stands for Fellowship of the Ring, yes. XD Don't point at me, Sanzo!
Don't let me influence your choice, though! Read the book and form your own opinion. You might like them more than I did!
