I too am sick and semi-miserable. However still happy because I am at my boyfriend's (who has been getting me tea and food and foot rubs) and my daughter is no where to be found (she is with her grandparents)! This is a great weekend...despite illness. And I am going to the Ren Faire tomorrow!

*nuzzles Bass* What have you been writing for? I have been working on a children's book myself (a gift for my best friend's daughter). It has been slow going and I still have to do the illustrations as well.

@Ladi Nothing really, just wanted to write a story. Been toying with the idea for a while. Was originally gonna be a serious fanfiction in the Gundam universe, but when I started to add Gundam-style stuff (space colonies and stuff) it just felt off, so I've taken it out, and am now gonna make a serious novel in my own universe.

@Bass: I like that you are willing to change and start it again to make it your own. While I am not into mech's and sci-fi, perhaps you will let me read it when you are done?

@Ladi Well, The start of it is pretty good. Asteroid impacts the earth and wipes Australia off the map. xd Dunno why I picked Australia, it just seemed to work.
