OMGOMGOMG!!! My sister just won a contest...she's going to get to meet Weezer and perform with them on stage in like 10 days!!! And they played her on the radio and everything!!! Ahhhh!!! blaugh

Take the bus, don't get off of it at CRC, and get off at the first stop after crossing highway 99. and walk to her house from there? I can even meet you at the stop.

...aretoo wonders how conflicted Sanzo feels, with Disney having released the Miyazaki films in the US... mrgreen (and if her hatred extends to Pixar... and if she knows John Lassiter is heading the Disney animation department now)

mrgreen I like that, Sanzo... Pixar, by your reckoning, *is* evil, you just don't know *how* yet! rofl John Lassiter is the (former, I guess) head of Pixar Animation; when it merged with Disney, he became head of the animation department. I have great hopes he's going to revitalize the Disney hand-animation department, in addition to putting out great terrific rendered films. smile

Kire Kaysan OK, What makes Disney evil? Besides the fact that Disney butchers stories, like the Little Mermaid where in the true story she Ariel kills herself. Well, I think to say they "butchered" the story is a bit harsh. They just sorta ..made it more kid friendly. Pretty sure parents wouldn't want their kids watching a movie where the lead character offs herself...
