I love my daughter very much, but there are some days I am not sure she was worth the 7 years of hell he put me through. Convincing me I was worthless and ugly, making me feel trapped in our home, being forced to marry him out of sick sense of duty, getting raped by him - just to name a few things.
And the fact I still have to deal with him, smile and be nice as I watch him do to another girl what he did to me with no way to warn her.
His rational for his actions is every girl he had been with had cheated on him. I never thought I would cheat...turns out cheating was the only way I could rebuild my self esteem enough to leave him.

Part of the reason my anxieties are so bad is because of my ex-husband...I have always had anxiety when dealing with people because my parents and school. But he pushed it, to the point I had panic attacks. I would get a job and it would be great, I would be a model employee for 3 months, than he would start in with people talking behind my back and hating me, resenting me, to the point I would have psychosomatic illness all the time because I didn't want to go...than I would quit or find a new job and start the cycle again.
I have already begun to watch him do it to this new girl...
