Oh I'm a genius... I applied to an advertisement for a barista position that's a week-less-than-a-month old. Most likely the position's been taken, but perhaps it hasn't. If it has I really do feel dumbtarded.

Well... it is Starbucks... and knowing places as such the turnover rate is pretty high. Perhaps they are hiring - especially since it's in a fairly busy part of the city. I just hope I don't kill myself for applying there.

I would complain about my school bills too (right now, approximately 60k in loans x.x) but I'm too busy working to make sure I can start paying it when January hits. XD

the dentist didn't... he caused me major pain yesterday, and it continues today... I hurt... jobless because McD's (yeah, I had a McJob) wanted to keep ******** with my hours, changing them at the drop of a hat, and then, when I couldn't make it in to work because of a flat tire, I got fired, only to find out, the assistant manager who told my roommate that I was fired if I didn't come in, had no authority to do that, and I was suspended because I hadn't come in all week, and when I talked to the other assistant managers, they talked to the manager and got the firing overturned, but I was still suspended. Also the assistant manager who started the whole fiasco seemed to think I couldn't do math in my head almost as fast as the register, and kept saying I was short, while the other two assistant managers said I was either perfect in my drawer, or over.
