what do you mean by "steams it" Arc? *is now curious*

like as in puts it in a double boiler thing, with boiling water on the bottom, and another pan on top with holes in the bottom to let the steam up.

course, for some reason a lot of other filipinos that I know...they bake it >,<

they ruin some good leche flan damint!

hmm that's interesting. The way my family makes it is we put the pan in a larger pan full of water and pop it in the oven. comes out nummy and delish.

gonk I have a physics test tomorrow. And I feel so stupid with this stuff...My brain is shut down and for the past half hour I've been fluctuating between fury and panic...And I can't afford to bomb this test, I've already got a C in that class and my performance on the homework doesn't provide me a suitable cushion in terms of grades...[/babbledies]
