I spent a good while yesterday making my computer pretty. Because essays can wait. They aren't that hard to write....
Gods I love Ubuntu though. I have purple stars flying around my cursor, when I highlight things they turn teal, my scroll bars are teal, and my window borders are teal. Plus, I can turn my windows negative, 'paint with fire' and do a bunch of cool stuff.

EDIT: I lied. I totaly missed the 'fusion' bit. No, I'm just using regular old Compiz Extras.

I had Compiz Fusion on my Eee. Was fun
Too bad it couldn't handle it properly.

..I lied. Twice. I am so tired. Rethinking, I'm pretty damn sure I am using Compiz Fusion. Oh I am tired.
....oh? What Linux? I'm happy with Ubuntu, but I hear Fedora is really nice.

I dunno yet. I've got an Ubuntu 7.10 live disc, so I might install that.
But I'd like to try out lots of other versions of Linux, to find out which one is best for me.

I'm waiting for Intrepid to come out the end of this month. THe new Ubuntu distribution.
Hm.. you seem like someone that would like Fedora. But I suggest being careful. Something screwed up when a friend tried to install it and her hard drive got wiped.
