I did something similar. Except I made a whole bunch of new folders on their desktop, then put new folders in them and scattered their files amongst them!

Then download AVG its free and supposed to be pretty good so I hear. Haven't used it my self yet because haven't got my compys fixed yet.

We had AVG...its still there and it isnt free, at least as not as far as I've seen. No one cares to buy the renewal though...*shakes head*
