I'm gonna list the top three things that just made the latest Indy and the prequel trilogy epic fails, in my opinion. Indy: 1) Nuked the Fridge 2) Tarzan 3) Agreement with Belle, THOSE ******** GOPHERS scream Prequel: 1) Jar Jar Binks 2) Wangst-ridden Lord of the Sith (you know the one) 3) Sanzoskitsune PADME TURNED INTO A SIMPERING WEAKLING!! That is all...out of curiousity... scream WHY AREN'T THE ******** QUOTES WORKING?!

last I checked, she didn't die because he left her...she died because he attacked her. Anakin let his rage get the better of him, and he injured her, thinking she was out to trap him so the other jedi could either detain him, or kill him.
and I wasn't a big fan of the biblical stuff either...my aunt ended up getting the boxed set, and well...I dunno what any of you saw in those movies...I mean, the only saving grace the Last Crusade had was Sean Connery.

because Gaia is made of fail right now Xanatos and yeah I gotta agree on all points
but Arc, he didn't hurt her that bad, I think they even make a comment of how she died because she lost hope or some crap like that. She turned into a whimpering little pathetic fool and it annoyed me. I think the quote is something along "she lost the will to live" or some crap like that
As for Indy to each their own I guess, I loved the movies, I always thought Indy was sooooooo cool. Cooler than any other hero out there. But then not everyone has to like the movies.

Arcanas last I checked, she didn't die because he left her...she died because he attacked her. Anakin let his rage get the better of him, and he injured her, thinking she was out to trap him so the other jedi could either detain him, or kill him. See #2 on the list. Also, what, she can't recover from what is essentially having her windpipe closed for less than a minute? Last I checked, catching's one breath was a relatively simple action. Unless you're saying he did something to her in the process?

Meh somehow I doubt it, the way they present it and show it, it was just her dying because she couldn't face life. I mean even if that WAS the case, they should've made it clearer. Instead they left a LOT of the audience thinking that Padme turned into a little weakling.
