EDIT: Also, I think there needs to be a bit more red towards the bottom half.

hmm... 7/10. You could definitely change a few things, maybe add some more of each color you wanted. Otherwise, it's a good start.
@Hiddo: get the Burned Apocaripped Boots, it might help balance the color scheme
@iPistl: it's good, except the flaming eye on the right is going through the Norisu scarf, thus throwing it off a bit. If there were a way to fix that, then it'd be a nice 10, at least in my book.
Oh, but add a bit more dark reds towards the feet, maybe? (I might be remembering it wrong, in which case ignore that). ^^
