Need to get yourself a virus scanner dear. AVG or somethin'. Maybe a spy/adware scanner as well.

Anywho, AVG Free is a free anti-virus program that's killed more viruses for me than Norton ever could hop to achieve.

Dialup or no, it's seriously worth it. Adaware and Spybot are another two programs I use, those are for adware, spyware, and trojans. Getting rid of those will help your computer run faster and better.
