Still potato (I'm a farm kid, I always make a big vat of soup), though the last day of it. smile
Though... I'm thinking chili con carne with beans for tomorrow night. smile
And maybe cornbread.

Potato soup (and most cream soups), in my opinion, always tastes better next day though. And, is there any other correct way to make soups, aretooie? Last time I've made soup (cream of chicken and broccoli) I made enough for five people to enjoy it for about three days.
