Hi steph and Sanzo ^^ How're you?
I usually get called ma'am... It's gotten to the point where it's weird when I get called 'miss'. I get called everything at work though: ma'am, babe, honey, sweetheart, etc and so forth. Is a bit creepy, but I've gotten used to it.

I usually am called miss until recently. And middle-aged guys call me all kinds of anti-feminist slurs, too. I look young (I thought,) enough that seniors accuse me of being underage to sell them alcohol. Kids are different, and they have no concept of my vanity. But now I'm ma'am. stare

I think the older people think they're being polite and you know calling you an adult term, thats what I think anyway.
I've actually been called ma'am quite a few times ever since I turned 20, doesn't bug me just threw me off the first time it happened.

... I've elected to adopt Sanzo's positive thinking. Thank you, dear. I feel better. :huggles: I have to get off soon to go to class, so pardon if I leave abruptly.

I personally call women "ma'am" (or "ladies" for a group), regardless of age. ... there's not really a *good* term for ladies that doesn't seem demeaning or condescending that I can think of. sad
Hiya, o other purple one. wink Is it time for bed now? rofl
@Yunie: Doing well, and having a very productive day; vacuum, dishes, laundry, take the tree down... biggrin
