>_< Why are XBOX360 controllers so fragile? I dropped my friend's off the bed on accident... and now the right bumper is busted. I don't currently have the funds to replace it. x_x
Anyway, how are you all? Hope you're having a pleasant evening.

I hope, when it comes time for me to look for a job, I'll find something I'm happy with for a few months.
I went onto Craig's List and found only SIX listing for graphic artists; two of them were for actual illustration-type artwork. I was offended. I will always say, that as the world becomes more and more technologically dependent, traditional artwork will be a rare find. stare

@Chex: Wow, six is.... not a very large number confused And I agree, technology gives the majority less respect for traditional artwork

Even as a techno buff, I sympathize. I wish you the best in your job quest. And I agree that there is little respect for the old ways these days. I fear it will all be a thing of the past before long...

I know the hotels can use carticature artists, but they're real particular about who they hire.
I won't be going to college right away, so, I'm keeping an eye for job openings. I saw one opportunity that was for a freelance artist to paint three classrooms for a daycare, but it was already taken.

There's a "Good Morning America" Job Fair in Boston at 6AM tomorrow...and I'm desperate. It's from 6-9 making it near impossible for anyone to get there unless you live in the city. @_@ I'm going with my aunt and my mom is driving because she's awesome like that.

Well, I'm off for a few to watch the Corpse Bride. ^_^ Wish me luck. Haven't seen it yet.
As a conversation booster, though, has anyone seen the previews for "9" coming out in September? ^_^ I'm quite excited.
