Hi, Invis. So, if I'm interpreting what your saying correctly, I'm not going to be completely lost if I skip it? That's my main concern at this point...
I'll probably go back and read eventually, it just looks rather daunting tonight.

@Tsuji: well, you COULD skip 'em... however, they are pretty important for the backstory, and you'll find one at the back of each chapter. *shrug* If you feel like reading half a book... smile

But yeah. What Aretoo said. I suppose you could skip them, cuz you won't be completely lost without it, but it's still good to read them >.> And yes, there is going to be a loooot of text and such >.>

I'm about half-way through chapter two and I don't feel like I'm missing anything, aretoo, so I'm just going to hit those mini-biographies later. And yes, I did feel like reading half a book tonight, otherwise I would have read one without pictures. :p

*snicker* Alan Moore's not a great choice of graphic novel writer to read if you're in the mood for a half-novel... mrgreen (He also wrote From Hell, on which the Johnny Depp movie is based)
