0-0Roland Deschain0-0 People can no longer cover their eyes.
I never really understood the fascination with the japanese culture, and why everyone wants to learn japanese, visit Japan, ect. Maybe I'm just odd.
Anyway, I've always wanted to learn French.
If this disturbs you, then walk away. its the TRMs :3

I tried my hand at Spanish. The first year wasn't so bad: I was pretty good at it. That is... until I was subjected to the worst year of my life. There is something to be said when normally, a class is supposed to finish a textbook at the end of year and your class is only on chapter two. stare
I'm not good at romance languages. Japanese has always been something I was good at since I started learning it. German's a little tricky, but I think I'll get the handle of it.
It's just hard because I'm in my first year and I can't do the things I know how to do with Japanese.

Well, from my observation, it seems to me that it is a "fad" for most people. That's just kinda... ridiculous in my oppinion.
EDIT: @Viral: what are TRMs?

Well, Roland, let me explain my reason(s) for learning the language.
I really enjoyed learning about the history of it all. My 7th grade teacher recommended the school I'm currently going to because they had Japanese. I was especially excited when he started teaching my words here and there.
I have a sense of feeling at home with the language. Languages like French and Spanish just... they put me out of place.
Lol, hence why I'll probably be living on the Pacific coast and frequenting the tourist spots as a translator/interpreter.

Chexednut I have a sense of feeling at home with the language. Prepare to face the ultimate torture; 70s petition songs Prepare to face the ultimate torture; 70s petition songs I do too, it makes me calm down anytime I listen to music with that language in it...also, German is not that hard to learn. You just have to remember that most of the words you say are sorta the same as English words, but spelled differently...Guten Tach, or would it be Guten Abend? Wako, Yako, and Dot:AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!! btw, the thing she did was be a b***h to everybody in the family and stick her nose in anything that wasn't her business, and then warp it to sound like what she wanted it to, then tell it to someone and then the person she told would like go to the person he was talking and argue with that person. nd she wold do it on purpose, too Wako, Yako, and Dot:AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!
