its a mexican soup basically with pork, these... sort of corn kernels but bigger, its called hominy in english, and some other stuff its really good and kind of looks like this only the way my family makes it is a clearer color, not as red

ah well to each his own, I LOVE posole, its one of my favorite dishes. My grandma makes the best. Actually one of the times that it tasted the best it cooked with the hog's head cooking in the pot along with everything else to add more flavor... mmmmm head

I usually just add a bit of lemon and cabbage, I savor every single bite of the thing too
