Aww, poor puppy. At the root of it all I guess they all just want to be loved. I had a golden retriever once that would do just about anything to be with me. My evil ex-step-dad made me lock him in a cage in the backyard at night. >_< But he was a regular Houdini, he was. Got off more chains and cables, dug more fence holes, even jumped a few. They get determined.
