yeah my parents have always been cool, I adore them. You know how most kids would sit and go "man I wish my parents were different" or "I wish I had your parents" yeah I NEVER said that. I'd have friends ask about me wanting to change parents and my reactions were usually along the lines of "are you out of your MIND!? I have it MADE!"

@Lin I think there's definitely a way to be a serious Christian and not crazy, Christianity does not automatically mean crazy to me

aretoo was always the "good kid" and never had a rebellious stage... of course, my dad and mom never quite "got" me, either. I occasionally feel like a changeling child... though I look too much like them for me to really believe that. wink

See, that's another topic. My mom is different around other people, shes nicer. I make it a point to have a friend around when I ask her for gas money, because I have found that she is more generous in such a situation. Alot of my friends like her, but a couple are smart enough to see through her disguise, and that makes me happy.

Oddly, Sanzo, that's one thing that the Right Wing Christians have in common with the extremes of gay society; it's always the loudest and most flamboyant that get all the attention. (Yes, right wing Christians are flamboyant; remember Jim & Tammy Fay Bakker?) mrgreen (And no offense, Sanzo, but have you *looked* at what the Catholic clergymen, especially at the top levels, *wear*?) ^_^

@aretoo I would like to burn 4Kids to the ground with all their employees in the building at the time then dance in the ashes before dragging their souls back from hell and torturing them all over again... but I don't hate them that much no of course not

@Invis blaugh yeah I know. My parents may not always get what I'm into or understand it but they're happy that I'm not out getting drunk or high or doing anything really stupid.

I love my parents(my mom at least) and all, but I hate the things they say and do >.>
