I think it is better to not have words for our derangements, because than people for misconceptions about them. If we are just afraid that is one thing but when it becomes a named Phobia people look down your nose and say..."you don't have that" or "what was so bad in YOUR life that you got THAT" or "that isn't what you have". Which is very hurtful and not helping the person who has the phobia get over it.
