She works in a call centre, and takes "early out"s. Basically, if things get slow, they'll ask if anyone wants to go home. Saves the company money. Except she's been working like 3-ish hours a day for the last two months. Plus, she smokes like a ******** chimney.
It's not acceptable. Oh, and she has to pay her girlfriend's part of the rent this month, since she had been unemployed. =/

@Muffin: OhISee. Any trip I've ever gone on through school, we have to pay a few days in advance. Yeah, from what I've heard of your mom, sounds like she just wants to bother you.
@Tae: That really sucks. Also, if she -knew- she'd been working short weeks, why would she leave? Seems rediculous to me.

And I can see how that would make you angry. I'm just confused about why she is paying her girlfriends rent when she can't pay her own.
And I really wish she wouldn't go. I've made that quite clear. She just... wants to go.

Hiya Laz.
Yunie: She's old enough to know better. =/ The rent comes out of MY savings account. I wrote post-dated cheques to the landlord, and all my roommates have to pay me. I pay $500, Steve pays $375, and Melissa/Laurissa pay $375. I pay more because my bedroom alone is the size of both their rooms, plus some.

She's lucky I made some extra money from working a lot of hours around Valentine's Day. Otherwise we would be screwed.
