Yeah. Not knowing the idea or anything, I didn't know if you had anything physical or whatnot that could be copyrighted.
Can you copyright your portrayal?
EDIT: Don't think so, Roland. Unless zOMG has a recipe.... zOMG items are the only ones I'm not really aware of.

124-C My mom was in a weight loss program about 15 years ago and that's pretty much what it was, GTR. And the "Moving Ad Space" isn't exactly new either. 
Yes I get that hose "ideas" are nothing short of new but it was the way that I have developed them that was unique and innovative.
Also 80lbs in 3 months is nothing to laugh at and the dude eats like a horse.
