I'm currently hosting a contest in the ATG clan...
Yeah, that makes sense. Here's what gets me though: A lot of gaians don't realize that the MP is not controlled by admin, it is in fact completely controlled by the users. Therefore, they are the ones that made the gold prices on those items, yet they complain when they have to shell out so much gold on them rolleyes
...The prize is 5k. Why not swing by and check it out?

It's kind of crazy how the price of MCs has risen. When I started Gaia, they were like 3 or 4k per sealed envelope.
To be fair, though, it was a lot harder to get gold at the time.

It's crazy. I remember when I was new, I quested like crazy to get my Sword of Aegis, and I think it was about 7k at the time.

Yes, I wasted 5 years of my life here. x3 Changed my username several times, and my avatar's gender a lot...
You get two free changes for name and for gender, and then the price increases by 10k for each time after that. For me to change my username again would be 20k, and it would cost 50k for me to change my gender again.
*huggles* We argued a lot, and it escalated pretty badly, I guess it would have been early last week. We were both surprised at how we were acting, and decided to take a break and maybe start over. We're still on good terms, though. : )

I've now changed my gender twice... but only because I wanted as many of the valentines this year as I could get. wink I don't have any plans to change my name (barring hacking, of course). I guess I'm now a mid-bie... I've been here almost exactly 3 years now. 3nodding
Well... at least you're on good terms. What were you arguing about?

Not wasted, no. x3 We argued about everything. I'm not even sure why. Boredom, I guess. But things got particularly bad last week and kinda shocked us to our senses. : s I bring out the worst in people, I guess.
