Lobo-chan aretoo Lobo-chan I've been reading superhero comics the last couple of days >.< Spiderman, Identity Crisis, X-Men, Iron Man, Bizarro... Good stuffs! biggrin Out of curiosity, what'd you think of Identity Crisis? smile I really liked it. Like, I don't care for the DC heroes as much except for like... Batman... but it was really well done. (down with Superman, boo!) Especially the part where the Boomerang and Robin's father... Wow, around that part was just amazing. I already knew who'd done it, though because I read a blurb somewhere about it and saw it at the library and said 'ZOMG, I read! =o ' Oh, and I bought the Nightcrawler series and a Jhonen Vasquez comic the other day heart (aretoo is DC boy... he likes Marvel, too, but can't afford EVERYthing... whee ) It's one of those series that people either love or hate. I thought it was terrific storytelling, but wish it had been one of those "imaginary tales" kinda things, instead of being in the DC universe proper.

hehehe Marvel vs. DC is one of those things with some mystical divide, much like Coke vs. Pepsi, or Mac vs. PC. ^_^
And I understand there's plenty of people who are plenty unhappy with Marvel's storytelling (death of the mutants, Tony Stark's government registration fiasco, Peter Parker's "New Day" storyline) currently, too. smile
Essentially, they need to go back to doing STORIES first, and if the STORY warrants it, THEN doing the ginormous cross-over. smile
