I've never actually *made* those myself... brie costs too much, and you need to have a few (a lot of) people eating it. Unless you LIKE being round. wink But we've had it on the boat on a few occasions for private groups. smile Beef Wellington is uber-yummy, too... ^_^ EDIT: Actually, I take that back. I DID make a small brie wheel in puff pastry with apples. Turned out very well... ^_^

Haha, we're on to you, Are! And here I'm just the one who gets roped into making cinnamon rolls and brownies and such at random crazy hours... Nothing like being the one to make cinnamon rolls for everybody at 2 AM so that if the firemen come over it's your fault emo

One of my specialties is apple pies, with nice, crisp apples. Actually, I like using a combination of soft and crisp apples, so some bake down and some are nice and firm after baking. It's a nice combination of flavors, too. ^_^
Oh, yeah, and I've been spoiled by baking down my own pumpkins (smaller sugar pumpkins) for pumpkin pies. ^_^
EDIT: hiya! How goes? mrgreen

Hi Laz *hugs and gives you a muffin*
Are: There is a problem with it when they make Lobo do it so that the firemen would be her fault because my friend was on a first name basis with the local firemen xp
