Tsuji, you're getting a bit on the obsessive side there.
As to the breeding of the pocket critters, I find that it mostly depends on luck. Sometimes they are just in the mood to get it on like Donkey Kong.

@Invis — Meh, any excuse for a road trip is a good excuse. @Erve — It's mostly luck for the amount of time that it takes, but the species and trainer ID also factor in. If you want to read up on it, Smogon has a frighteningly detailed guide on the subject. @Percy — Well, I have a Torchic, Chimchar, and Trapinch ready to go on my end, as well as the Lugia and Ho-oh for a data swap...

I'm just kind of lurking... With the lack of Internet at home, my Pokemon'ing has been rather... nonexistent.
I am excited though for Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. They're remakes, I know, but I thought the Gold/Silver/Crystal series was the best one.
