I have no idea. I laid down to go to sleep, then realized I was short of breath. My heart was racing, so I thought, "Omg, I'm having a heart attack."

So my mind started racing through all the symptoms, mentally checking to see if I had any. So my body responded by mimicking symptoms one might have during a heart attack. I was shaking really badly, it took the better part of an hour for my boyfriend to calm me down.

I dunno what brought it on, I still feel sick and wound up. cry

I used to get panic attacks that apparently tricked doctors into thinking I had appendicitis. Not fun times...

Yuck sounds very familiar. My father actually told me it was an anxity attack when I described that to him. Hopefully, for you, it's gone.

Mine felt like forever. *frowns* I might suggest going through carefully and slowly in your mind and figure out what might have caused this to happen, ike something stressful in your life, or a nasty dream.

I suggest the slowly and carefully part due to the fact it would be better to take things slowly so you won't have it repeat.

Other then that. take better care of yourself, drink some water, and find a way to undo stress out of your life, like taking things one at a time. Don't need to be "Super-Multi-Task" and stress yourself to pieces. We like you in one whole piece, honest.
