Lol, my Aunt Flow will be visiting during that week, so there isn't much him and I are going to be doing. xd

I'm hoping we'll go to the beach this time.

It's not too much of a hassle. I'm well prepared. Having had my period for years now, it's pretty much a habit that's smooth sailing.

I watched a show called You Are What You Eat on BBC and the woman that counsels the larger people say that if you're having irratic periods, you have a zinc deficientcy. This woman will look at other females' tongues and if there are these hard, pink dots on your tongue, that means your period is painful.

I don't take that woman very seriously... especially since she's just doing it on the fly. I learned recently that all the stuff she says is off what she believes and not any actual research. Like she didn't go study to be a nutritionist or anything ><

Bwahaha, my mom's freaking out that she's old. I have a half aunt who turned 13 today (mom's father sired a kid with another woman). That makes my mom 42 years older than her. lol

Really, what she says is hogwash? Aw~ I have dots on my tongue and my period is hurts real good the first day. I'm either on the couch doped up on pain killers or I'm hugging the toilet.

I'm thinking some of the stuff she says is true but that for the most part its BS. Half the time the diets she has these people on don't seem that freakin balanced to me. She seriously seems psycho to me

I watch that show because it just astounds me to see what these people eat on a huge table. I was watching it one morning while eating eggs and hash browns. After that, I ate a pluot and a banana. It was like, "Oh man... I need to eat something healthy."

I'm even starting to cook using either half-and-half (half vegetable oil, half olive oil) or olive oil completely. Crisco's got some olive oil products out now for frying, baking and grilling, but I'm too nervous to try olive oil in anything but frying. whee

I should start eating better. Because I'm not going to school, I don't have a reason to eat good. Lmao, that's such a sorry excuse.

I'm not too worried about my diet, never really have been. I figure I have one life to live and I'm not going to sacrifice taste just to be supposedly healthier and live longer. My cooking is with butter and olive oil most of the time and well... I loves food xd That being said.... I wouldn't eat all the stuff they eat on that show, too much bad fast food. As far as fast food goes I prefer Chipotle or Togo's or In'N'Out, stuff that's just a little better than that

The thing I eat the less is fruits and vegetables. We hardly cook anymore, so us having vegetables with dinner is slim to none. Sure, we have load of canned stuff.

*Sighs.* Now I want to punch my mom in the face. She's all irritated, saying that I want everyone to do things on my schedule. The backstory of that is that yesterday, my dad forgot to go to the drug store to get me some medicine. Since mom's off, she was all, "We'll go." She waits until NOW to start thinking about getting into the shower.

By the time she's done, dad will be near to getting off work. It's such a pain in the a**. Seriously. She wants to go to Wal*Mart to look for medicine when I could put on some flip-flops and walk around the block to the CVS behind my house. *Grabs a pillow and screams into it.*

It's a great big pain in the a**. I have to depend on my parents for everything, such is the dismal life of an only child.

Ah well. I finally got this book in the mail called Weird Las Vegas and Nevada. There's a whole series on other states, too. :3 Apparently in one of the hotels, there's this dead body stuffed under the mattress.
