dark_wyvern_panda for those chest things o.o one popped up on my screen. So ya, what are the cons of Ubuntu? That you remember? like you had to use such and such as a replacement to...Microsoft word. Things like that Meh, not so much " Cons " being the reason I stopped using it. I just stopped using linux all together because I no longer had need to. Then of course I got my hands on a bit of code that I wanted to work on and I needed to get it again, so I went with my old friend Solaris to help me out, rather than going with Ubuntu or one of those other distros

Andthe only real need for dual booting is because of games or maybe a few programs someone wants? Ones that HAVE replacements for linux and their just being picky?

Well... that was an old movie I just watched. Gotta love reading the comments on videos posted on YouTube, though.
I was skimming and saw this one chick/dude said that the only reason the movie had imagination and creativity was because the creators were on drugs. They then proceeded to say thay they had done research on how Disney films were made and it was the same thing. xd

Well, I never played games when I ran linux, or at least, I'd switch back to my gaming rig if I wanted to. The old linux box I used to have was just for messing around with a few codebases and to try and implement a few things on them. Overall though, yeah, I didn't mind Ubuntu at all really. It was solid and dependable.

@Chex — By "research" I assume that she means that he/she Googled the keywords "Disney", "drugs", and "imagination", and found a website that had all three words? ;D

The movie itself was more than likely made in the 70's or 80's. I wouldn't be surprised if she was gullable enough to believe the first glance of those keywords she got.
If they "were" on "drugs," hey, that's cool. Disney movies are great. xd

So, I feel a little responsible for my dad having to buy me my Christmas presents early. We went to the art store to by the rest of the art supplies for the class I needed them for and it cost him almost $100.
I told him that I would pay him back once I got into the Air Force and he goes, "Just make me proud."
