Like I said in the other thread, the closest I've come to relaxation (short of being unconscious) is being underwater. Unfortunately, as I can only hold my breath comfortably for less than a minute, it's kind of sporadic.

For me, when I become of aware or conscious of such things, I sorta freeze or whatever. I think the best example is counting my heartbeats. I end up screwing up the numbers because I hold my breath without thinking.
Aretoo: Same here (in terms of meditation stuffs). My mind wanders too much sweatdrop I think Tsuji put it best, any sort of simple, repetitive action.
And like I said, I don't pay attention to the ads sweatdrop EDIT: ....I don't know if I've actually seen that one. The only ones I really remember are like ads for AdventureQuest and some other game-looking thing.

:s I know that by viewing ads, we're supporting the site, but...ew. The ones that talk used to drive me bonkers. "Hi, I'm Amber." or "YOU'VE WON" or something.
x_X
@Kerri: x3 Yus! Actually, I've tried snorkeling, and I prefer having a bit more freedom of movement. Ideally, I like to chill out at the bottom of a pool or on the ocean floor. My parents got a salt-water pool this year. It was awesome. =w= No rocks, and no chlorine to speak of, so I could open my eyes without it burning.

You could use THAT thing for, I dunno, storing a floral bouquet or something. (Maybe roses...) twisted

Ew, talking ads. I hate those.
(Though semi-sorta-related, I remember when I was reading like ALL of Gantz online a few months ago, the page where they were all freaking out because of a really loud screeching sound had an ad that played some sort of music. And I had forgotten I had left my computer's volume on high so...yeah. I jumped sweatdrop )
I've never been in a salt-water pool. How are they?

It's pretty much the same as being in the ocean, except not quite as salty. x3 I guess it's tricky keeping the chemicals all balanced, but it's a lot more gentle on your eyes and your skin.
Ugh, I need to get to sleep. G'night guys~ *huggles those who wish to be huggled*

The ad that really gets to me is the one for the online radio site. It'll play 3 second clips of music/speech in a rotation...
Be well, Tae.
