Elcia Hmm you'd be better getting sort of project that involves hammering to let it out instead of retaining it.
Besides chilled I'm alright! (our heat is not working and our cold wet fall weather finally arrived)
If I could get out of the house I would XP That would help. I'm just tired of drama ><

Bottling up emotions only works for anything except anger, V. I'd advise taking it out on a pillow or finding some wood to chop. It's terribly therapeutic, that.

As far as things therapeutic for anger goes... I'd suggest some excrutiating physical activity. Rapid push-ups or sprinting, for example.

Drama is only good at the theater, and then ideally at at greek one!
In seriousness though yeah drama sucks.
I thought Jackson Pollock type painting was therapeutic too, And I've wanted to try the fill balloons with paint and play dart practice with them ._. but that makes a mess.

Well I generally don't get anger passed unless i'm doing something violent ^^; and the airsoft group is not active so my need to shoot people is high DX That and all the spiders are gone ;.; So my little moving targets are gone D:

You could try shooting Starlings.
( thanks to the geniuses who thought that all the critters Shakespeare ever mentioned should be brought to the new world. They're the birds that bring down planes because they fly in huge swarms)

Elcia You could try shooting Starlings. ( thanks to the geniuses who thought that all the critters Shakespeare ever mentioned should be brought to the new world. They're the birds that bring down planes because they fly in huge swarms) Never seen them :3 and if they fly as high as planes I think that would take one powerful airsoft gun XD

I've wanted to try the balloon art as well... But yes, it does make a mess, and I find myself a tad lazy to do the whole setup. I'll stick with my usual slapdash painting for now. 3nodding
@Viral: Got something to break? Could be something as mundane as vegetables... Snapping carrots and whatnot. xD

They're funny speckled birds.
But that is true not to mention buck shot would be much more practical for a swarm of them ><
