Kerrigan_dragon Well, England Portland, Oregon isn't really equipped to deal with snow. There's not enough snow plows, or people trained to use snow plows, and those that are trained have to take time off at some point - they can't work 24/7, and most people don't have proper winter coats and boots, or shovels, or snow tires... the list goes on. razz
hehehe Our weather, other than in the mountains proper, is actually pretty similar to England, I understand. ninja And there's the fact that Oregon's just a smidge bigger than Britain... lol
