Free ringtones =D

Well maybe I'm not bugged as much by those kinds of things because I'm not a hardcore Zelda fan. I like the games, yes, but not enough to tattoo it on me.

Also, I forgive Twilight Princess on the Wii for the lefty/righty thing because well...most of their audience is not left-handed so yeah >.> Understandable in my eyes.

But see, it was an unnecessary change. Not only that, the entire game is backwards from the gamecube version. Because of the hand switch, all the maps are opposite. Too much uneeded work if you ask me.

Not really. By my understanding, it would be easier to flip everything. Because just switching the sword hand wouldn't work. Twilight Princess was in-depth enough that swinging a sword didn't just make an arc in front of you, it acted as an actual sword. Meaning if they didn't switch the map, certain tasks that involve the sword would be made difficult because when the task was made, it was made for a lefty.

That made more sense in my head sweatdrop The point is though, they had to change things to go along with Link being a righty in the Wii version. Much easier to flip EVERYTHING from lefty version than weed through and choose certain things.

If you mean unnecessary in that the game didn't need to use the motion bits, then yes. But considering how close it's pretty much a Wii launch game, I can't see it not using motion control. And...yeah. Again, it doesn't bug me that much. It's a good game, and that's all that really matters to me >.>

Also, just flipping the entire game seems like less work than just reworking Link's character model to be right-handed. Just saying >.>

One would think it would be easier...

And it didn't act like like real sword swing... I mean, shaking the nunchuck activated your spin attack... Now, if the Wii motion plus had also been released at the time, maybe you could put the sword back and charge up the spin attack that way. Swinging down or up just made Link swing up I think...

Anyway, flipping EVERY map in the game isn't as easy as one would think.

Why do you think they pushed back the games initial release by a few months?

Question, everyone. Design-wise, how does this trainer card look?

EDIT: I was talking about in game, Arc. Never playe the Wii version, but I've beat the Gamecube version several times. In the game, Link's sword acted more like an actual sword than in earlier games. The in-game dynamics were the best I've seen so far. Graphics were excellent... hell, they even included gravity as a factor in ranged weapons.

I like it. So I'm guessing your hiding your team until the moment of actual battle?

Well as I said before, I don't have a set team yet. Not only that, I plan on having multiple teams.

So you're hiding them ^_^

I like it but the big blank space for the Hoenn badges is kinda annoying me a bit, but I'm kinda OCD-ish so it's really not that big a deal.

And according to the wikipedia entry I skimmed through (far from the most reliable news source, yes, but it'll do for right now I suppose), they flipped the whole game because they didn't have enough time just to completely rework Link's character model.

Pretty much. Even hiding them from myself. And the spot for the Hoenn badges will be completed once I buy one of those games and play it. xd Though, if things keep going the way they are, I may just emulate on JUST to complete the badges.

I don't see WHY they needed to release them at the same time. I'd rather they took the extra time, and did it properly, then make sure they make it out on time for the release of a system that was over-hyped, and underpowered.

So, it's going to be hard, but I THINK I can make this avi look like Jesse. The hair's hard to duplicate, but I got a bit close with one hairdo...

EDIT: How's this?

I'd say it might be better not to use the Wingding shirt for Jesse. I understand that you want it for the R, but the shirt itself is so far off that it barely looks like her.

Other than that though it's not too bad. I suppose it's the best you can do with what Gaia has at the moment.
