XD Burrito Taco please? Burritos and Tacos are two differant things, you know.
But, I can read some french, german, and italian, and I'm fairly fluent in spanish. I took a total of 5 1/2 years of spanish class, from 7th grade to 12th. My Spanish 5 class Senior year was so awesome! We got away with doing totalling weird things.... like playing hide-and-seek, having Un Cafe De Conversacion, and inviting people over to our class. mrgreen Hardly anybody even knew our class existed.

Alice: Madness Returns? Explain this intriguing title.

So, I guess I'll actually do my homework now... I had a quiz this morning which I managed to not flunk, and then a midterm in the afternoon which... hopefully I didn't do too badly on. I don't think I did too well on it either =/
Whaaaaaa~ I'm in a magical far away land known as I should probably stop reading comics and go to sleep or something. Why is the sky not purple? That would be such a nice color. I need to edit a story but I don't feel like it. Uhg!

Ignore me. I'm typing with my eyes closed and I guess this is the kind of crap that happens when I do that.

OOOOH. Tell me how it is, Tae. My game design professor personally really liked the original a lot more, so I'm really curious. I'd love to play it myself, but I don't have the time.

Lobo: Clicky
It's a sequel to American McGee's Alice.

Celes: I'm just starting, but I never played the original, so I can't offer any comparison. I'm also not really a gamer, so keep that in mind. razz I like quite a few video games, but not "gamer" games, if that makes any sense? (Minecraft, the Sims, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Mario stuff...)

It's very visually appealing; that's one of the reasons I ended up buying it. I saw Pixie play it, and I wanted it, too. x3

The characters are all really interesting, and the enemies are cool (and creepy). It does not appear to be a short game, although I'm not really sure what the standards are for game length. (Pixie played for 4 hours and was only 5% through or something.)

As far as I can tell, it's not complicated, either, so I suspect that would turn off a lot of people. You go from point A to B through beautiful, twisted regions of a shattered Wonderland, and kill whatever gets in your way. Not a whole lot of thought required, although you do have to find various objects.

I would like to play the original, since I've also heard that it's better than this one, but I like the sequel. *shrug* It's eye-candy, and the story is cool.

I like both gamer games and more casual stuff, so. I understand. I'm glad to hear you like it. Did you pick up a new or pre-owned copy of the game? New versions I think are supposed to come with free downloads of the original game.

Yeah, I think the game really mostly appeals to people that like pretty games and visuals, and the original fanbase. Outside of that, there isn't a large market for it, I think. Maybe peopel that like hack-n-slash stuff like DMC.

Awesome! I plan on getting in meself, soon enough! xd I think I'm ending up like the type of gamer that spends all their paycheck on video games and equipment....
Speaking of games. does anybody know where I can get a fiber-optic cable for my computer? It would be SO much easier on me....

Celes: I bought it on Steam. 3nodding I didn't see anything about downloading the original, though.

Jaft replies, "But these are just afterimages. Tasty, tasty afterimages..." He goes on to continue munching on the ones he put aside.

I saw the Red Riding Hood movie that came out recently. It was alright, but I get the impression it was aimed at the Twilight crowd.

Jaft thinks he would like a female werewolf.

razz No female werewolves in that movie, Jafty. Lots of wide-eyed Amanda Seyfried goodness, though.
