I have never had a homecoming dance in my life. The only really big dance that we have that doesn't suck (in our entire grade school career) is our graduation ceremony and dance (kinda like senior prom).

EDIT: I was even proactive and didn't get a date. I didn't really want one though (well, I didn't care if I didn't get one), I hated everyone at my highschool and I hated the guy my mom made me ask so I went up to him and asked him not to go with me.
