Arcanas Undakai Arcanas Undakai *<> is suprised that <> is as fit as he is even though he eats and drinks unhealthy almost every day* Nowhere near a 7.5 min mile and a half, but still, healthy sweatdrop lol...if I were to sprint the whole mile, I think I would break 4 minutes >,< I think If I were capable of sprinting the whole mile and a half (it's whats required for our PT test) I'd make around a 6 min... But I'm nowhere near capable of doing that just yet xP yeah..my high school was quite competitive...my coach said that if we ran a mile in more than 7 minutes, he'd cut you from the team...(he's also an olympic track coach...so his standards are quite high) yeah...that is pretty bad... For us, running anything over an 8 minute mile and you can't even get into the air force...=/
