Arcanas and this is why I really don't care...I mean, why not just hire some skilled assassins and do it all covertly...it'd save everyone a lot of trouble. But, if he did that, it wouldnt be as easy to brainwash people. People band together during 'war times' more than during 'peace times'. Think Palpatine's rise to power in Star Wars...he used the war as an excuse to give himself more power...which is what is happening now.
