I think you are my new favorite person now Tsuji 3nodding
and it sucks that people make assumptions about religions but it is human nature... I guess anyway, the important thing is if they're willing to look past those assumptions and find out the truth

Unless we know nothing of something than before we even know what it truly is we have preconceived notions about things. Sometimes we are right and sometimes we are wrong.
There is nothing wrong with trying to understand something before you are taught about it. The problem is when people have developed a wrong idea about something and than refuse to let go of it when someone tries to teach them the truth of it.

While Lin laughs on the outside, Lin cries on the inside for the Universalist in him has a respect for all religions - even Catholicism.

As far as religion, Lobo is lost in the sea of something... she is agnostic, she believes there is a god/gods, but she knows not what to follow. She is more than a bit stubborn against Christianity right now though... She believes in the spiritual most definatly though, for reasons of her own.

Lin has nothing against religions... but there are many religious-but-not-faithful people that Lin has grudges against.

I respect all religions but that doesn't mean I have to like them or agree with them... which is something people don't seem to understand.

Tsujigiri-san I get the feeling that Slim didn't really mean it.... That indian-giver... -Tsuji Might you be saying this because I deleted the post? I'm trying to get over the bad habit of creating single-word posts with strings of emoticons attached to it. If I'm not trying to relay my own message or create a cheesy punchline, I'm trying to avoid that. xd Indian-giver?... neutral Never heard that one before. Edit: Goodnight, Ladi! heart domokun

Lobo-chan As far as religion, Lobo is lost in the sea of something... she is agnostic, she believes there is a god/gods, but she knows not what to follow. She is more than a bit stubborn against Christianity right now though... Meh, I didn't fully leave the ideas of Christianity. I consider myself a spiritual and a centrist. I focus upon internal devotion more than I do an external one. I try to keep my life balanced and in order, while allowing for the chaos of the outside world. I do, believe it or not, follow a strict honor and moral code, but I can't get into that now. The truth is, Lobo, that three of the worlds 6 major religions only differ in what to do with Abraham's sons and Jesus. And all 6 answer the same basic questions in the same basic ways. Goodnight Ladi! -Tsuji

'Night Ladi! And Tsuji's words are true.
I feel that the Holy Spirit (if we use a Christian-based tradition) still influences other religions and provides universal truths to each one. That's why I like studying and learning the truths that many religions provide.
