If there are professional counselors/psychologists there, they are usually required to keep everything confidential - even to your parents - unless what you tell them is life-threatening (i.e. committing suicide).
You can always ask if you can make everything confidential if you do decide to go through the school.

My school only has the pastors though... and I know some things that if I told them I'd totally be 'going to hell for'.
But San... how would I go about trying to convince my dad to just take me to a councilor? He's emotionally blind, at least with me it seems. He doesn't seem to realize anything's wrong.

This is hypocritical of me - seeing as I have difficulty telling parents because my parents aren't very helpful - but have you tried telling him you have a problem Lobo?

Whenever I try to tell him anything even remotely important, something like me being cursed or what I'm feeling is wrong ends up happening... I've tried starting to talk to him in the past, it doesn't really work too well... And what am I supposed to tell him? I'm sorry dad, I'm majorly depressed, hate your guts, and have on and off wondered what it would be like if I died for the past 4-5 years?

Hmm... gosh I really don't know... I wish I could be of help its just... I'm not exactly gonna be helpful with the parent angle right now since my dad is mad at me over something right now...

*sigh* Well, whatever I do will have to wait until after New Years for me to start anyways... I don't want my trip with my mom to London to get cancelled by my dad over this... hopefully a week overseas will help me somehow...
