this is going to sound majorly stupid but i just broke up with my bf and well lets just say he completely hates me now (tiss why i said i feel like a b***h) i said i cant breathe because i am a really nice person and couldnt bring myself to dump him then i got forced into it and when things like that happen, i lose my breath

That's not stupid. You're upset because a relationship ended, I can understand that. You think he hates you and you have trouble with stuff like dumping people. Those all sound like good reasonsto be upset to me.
