Ooh hehehe I thought you were leaving too Sanzo...that is why I said good night. I really should go, but I don't want too. If I go it means I have to attempt sleep and I really don't want to do that because it will hurt...

Well I thought I had strep but it seems more and more like I have tonsillitis. So breathing, swallowing, eating and well…anything involving my throat hurts. I am taking 1000mg of acetaminophen every 3-4 hours just to help with the swallowing. However I can’t continue taking it in my sleep also because my tonsils are swollen and sore they cause me to sore keeping my boyfriend awake too. So I feel bad…

Going to a Dr requires health insurance. Which I don't have. The only reason I have penicillin is because my boyfriend called his doctor and convinced him he needed it for strep but couldn't come in for an appointment. They wrote him the prescription which he than gave to me.
Only problem is it isn't helping...mostly because it's not strep or tonsillitis caused by the strep bacteria.

Ugh that's not good... I don't know what to tell you hun besides that you need to figure out a way to get health insurance as soon as possible.... otherwise you'll be paying with an arm and leg to go the doctor

yeah Ladi.... you should see a doctor... and letting your boyfriend get medicine for you is dangerous... it's nice but it's dangerous... you're taking medicine for something that you don't have...
go see a doctor... get a diagnosis...

Actually they very rarely remove tonsils anymore. They discovered that tonsils are an important part of the immune system which helps strain colds or viruses than create antibodies to fight them off quicker. Once you are no longer a child they aren’t as important anymore. However it is also on the rare side for anyone over 12 to get an infection in their tonsils.
I have a couple options open to me. I could A) apply for free care through my local hospital. B) apply for mass health and wait a month for that to finish and go see a doctor or C) continue to fight with the state to get my insurance and food stamps back because the idiots closed my case on me. That should take about a week at most. Until than I suffer as I have for the last week.

>.> <.< Ah well I was unaware good to know.
As for the health insurance just figure out whats the best and quickest option for you and then go with it. Sucks that you're going to have to suffer for a while longer though...
