... Because it reminds me how most of my family is in Germany and I never get to see them.
Thats why on the 8th I was crying so much and I didn't come on. It was because I miss my sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew that much.

Silver, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm stuck with people I hate on Christmas and I would rather be alone than with them, so I can sort of sympathize with you. No, I can't feel the same thing you do, and I won't say I do, but I am sorry to hear that.

You aren't pathetic, missing your family isn't pathetic. You still have feelings for your family which is more than I can say. It means you cherish your family. I think that's a wonderful thing. When I heard someone in my family was moving and I would hardly see them anymore I cried for weeks because that person is dear to me. It means you love your family, and that doesn't make you pathetic.
